Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Analyst role based in Rabat. The Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and generating insights to guide strategic decision-making. Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, identifying trends, and collaborating with teams to develop actionable recommendations for improving processes and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Data analysis, data interpretation, and qualitative research skills
- Proficiency with analytical tools, data visualization tools, and statistical software
- Strong communication and reporting capabilities with the ability to create clear and concise presentations
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify strategies for improvement and optimization
- High level of professionalism, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in relevant tools such as Microsoft Excel, Python, R, or SQL
- Work experience in a similar role or related field is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline
