Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to designated Internal Sales Representative(s) and associated account portfoilo.
  • Partner Software Deal registration Management: Follow-up Form completion status with Sales; Go to Partner websites to deal and register our opportunities
  • MS Fees Booking: Prepare Monthly file for booking Microsoft Fees and ensure booking on-time.
  • MS Cloud Solution Provider : Operations support on Order Management, Recurring Invoicing and renewals (80% of the job)
  • Build and maintain a strong collaborative partnership with designated Internal Sales Representative(s).
  • Support reactive and proactive online adoption on designated accounts.
  • Create strong relationships with your customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met and where possible exceeded.

Essential Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate
  • Excellent French & English communication skills – both verbal & written.
  • Strong Customer Focus.
  • Problem-Solver, Analytical, process-oriented
  • Strong knowledge on Public customers
  • Excellent organisational skills.
