Your mission:

Receive customer calls and emails.
Listen and diagnose their needs in order to provide them with the appropriate solution.
Follow-up and reporting on customer needs
After sales service management

Internship start: Immediate.

• Level of study : Bac+3 or more (management, business, marketing or communication)
• Minimum experience : 1 year (call center or similar)
• Mastery of languages : English and French 
• Flexible, Organized, Serious and Autonomous
  Courtesy, ability to listen and to serve.
