Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Assist in HR activities (e.g. Sourcing, Interviewing, On-boarding, )
-Manage daily statuses, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, and sprint demos
-Monitor project deliverables
-Support employees and improve the employee experience by providing an end to end HR solution to solve their issues.
-Examine curriculum vitae and incoming applications.
-Plan and conduct interviews alongside other team members.
-Coordinate in-person interviews.
-Extend job offers.
-Create and maintain employee records.
-Provide support for relationships with seasonal employees.
-Coordinate appraisal events across the enterprise.
-Help with administrative projects such as various benefit mailings and audits.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
-Full availability and commitment to the internship ( 8 hours/day).
-Final year student (Bac+5) or studying for a Bachelor/Master in either HR management or a similar relevant subject.
-Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
-Familiarity with HR management computer software and online applications (e.g. ATS tools, Online Job boards…)
-Passion for the HR industry and its best practices
-Good planning and organizational skills
-A collaborative approach to sharing ideas and finding solutions
-Ability to work and think independently and manage projects
-Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, and offboarding).
