Stage en Talent Acquisition Analysts IT (Casablanca)

Key Duties:

• Utilize our recruiting strategies designed to identify candidates through various recruiting tools.
• Source prospective candidates utilizing various methods including internet job boards, ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
• Become a super-user of our applicant tracking system (ATS) and use it to maintain our recruitment process and host accurate, thorough information on all our candidates.
• Maintain contact with candidate sources (i.e. job boards, social networks, etc.).

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Pursuing or have obtained Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, Engineering or similar field of study.
• Self-starter able to work well without constant direction.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills.
• Flexibility with working shifts.

Preferred skills:

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Experience with phone screening candidates, social media, posting to job boards, and/or sourcing candidates.
• Good knowledge of computer or engineering functions and/or terminology.
